Our headquarters are located in B.C., Canada.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any modifications to your order.  

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We do not offer gift wrap services at the moment.

Where do you ship to?

We offer free worldwide shipping with no minimum purchase required.

How Does Your Shipping Work?

We offer free international shipping for all orders - with no minimum purchase required. 

We ship via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex or Express Mail Service.

All orders are tracked and insured.

All delivery times are estimates. 

We strive to delivery all orders in a timely manner. However, depending on your country's customs, weather conditions, postal strikes, and other external factors outside our control, your package may arrive outside the suggested delivery timeline. 

We do not assume responsibility for customs or import taxes.

Promotional items or sale items may not always come with a tracking number.

Can you ship to a PO box?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes anywhere around the world.

How long does processing take?

Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days for most products. However, processing times can take up to 5 days during a sale due to high volume.

Refunds and Exchanges

How do I make a return?

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee. 

Simply fill out our Return Form with your order number and the name of the items you would like to return. One of our customer service representatives will get back to you within 24 business hours and help you with the refund process.

Can I exchange my product for something else?

We do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your original purchase and place a new order.

My item arrived damaged or is incorrect, what should I do?

We ship all our items with extra padding. We pay especially close attention to fragile items. However, our customers report 1 in 1000 products arrive broken due to transit. If this happens, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package and provide us with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A picture of the damaged or incorrect product

Once received, we will be happy to send you a replacement.

Can I return a gift or sale merchandise?

Brand new and unworn gift or sale merchandise can be returned in its original packaging for a store credit.
